The former Only Way Is Essex star told fellow housemate Paddy Doherty that she is hoping to have a replacement boob job in the future.
Childs reportedly spent £5,000 on breast enhancement surgery when she was 18, and is looking to go under the knife again when she is 28.
"I want them done again, actually," she said. "'It's been five years now and I think the implant has shrunk a bit."
"Even if I just keep them at a D-cup and get them uplifted."
Amy Childs has been tipped as a potential winner of the reality series, along with Doherty and Jedward.
