Kerry Katona: 'My kids didn't like Lucien Laviscount'

Kerry Katona has revealed that her children did not approve of her relationship with Lucien Laviscount during their time in the Celebrity Big Brother house.

The pair have both denied that they have become romantically involved since leaving the show, despite reports that Katona and the 19-year-old have spent time together in a hotel recently.

Katona explained that her children - Molly, 10, Lilly-Sue, 8, Heidi, 4, and Maxwell, 3 - prefer to meet her potential partners before anything serious develops.

"My kids didn't like Lucien because he kissed me on the mouth," she told Now magazine. "They weren't happy.

"Molly said, 'Mum, if you're having a boyfriend, we want to meet him first - and you're not going out with Lucien, he's too young!'"

While Katona admitted that the pair have spent time together in a hotel, she insisted that they are just friends.

"We have stayed the night in the same hotel, but I went to bed on my own!" she declared. "Lucien is a lovely looking lad. What I love is that he's got the same sense of humour as me. He was my best mate in the house."
