The 44-year-old's manager Steven Tempone refused to reveal the condition for which she is being treated.
However, he insisted that his client had sought help of her own volition, saying: "This was a decision she made on her own, and I love her and I am glad she is getting help.
”I wish her the best of luck - she has been a dear friend of mine for over 20 years. I hope that when she gets out we can celebrate our birthdays together."
