Jade Goody has signed up to appear in the first TV show since she was seen in Celebrity Big Brother earlier this year.
The reality TV star caused a huge furore when she was perceived to be racially abusing a fellow contestant, Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty, while she was on the show.
But she has decided to go back on air by letting a camera team follow her while she takes acting lessons at the renowned Lee Strasberg Academy in New York, where Al Pacino and Robert De Niro trained.
Filming is reportedly due to start next month.
