Chantelle blasts 'controlling' Preston

Chantelle Houghton has claimed that her marriage to Samuel Preston was ruined by his controlling behaviour.

The Celebrity Big Brother winner said that Preston acted like a "control freak" towards her and claimed that her recent breast enlargement and image change was a knock-on effect of his restrictive actions.

She told Heat: "I lost my confidence being with Preston. I changed for him. I could never wear bright colours. He'd say, 'Can't you wear something stylish?'

"I tried to be the person he wanted, but I've broken out, and yeah, gone over the top.

"I wasn't allowed to watch soaps or TV after 8.30pm - that was talking time. Now can you see why I'm being like I am?"

Houghton and Preston married in August 2006 after meeting in the Big Brother house, but split up 10 months later.
