Hagan had a short-lived romance with the controversial reality TV star during his stint on The X Factor last year. During an appearance on The Xtra Factor on ITV2, Cocozza famously proclaimed that he had "met her and banged her".
The Geordie Shore star was reported to have branded Cocozza as only a four out of ten in the bedroom during a tabloid interview last week, but has now downplayed those comments on Twitter.
Hagan wrote on Twitter: "Interviewer says 'Frrankie rates himself 11.5 out of 10, how would you rate him?' Me: 'I'd give him a four me like. Ha, ha (banter).' No I ain't going to comment on that, we know what happened no one else's business.
"Yeah Frankie may have slipped up on the Xtra Factor by accident, but I'm over it. It's not a big deal, he apologised to me personally.
"I would never try and intentionally embarrass someone who I consider a sound lad! Interviewers always expect me to slag him off and are surprised when I don't! I hope people now realise, 'don't believe everything you read'."
Hagan also claimed that she would support Cocozza if he takes part in Channel 5's Celebrity Big Brother.
