The Geordie Shore star stripped off and brandished a bottle of Newcastle Brown Ale for the images in this week's Now magazine.
"Since I've lost all the weight my boobs have just gone horrible - they're completely sagging," Hagan told the magazine of her recent weight loss.
"It's quite embarrassing - I don't get my boobs out anymore and it's what I was known for. I thought losing weight would make me happy, but it's destroyed something I paid a lot of money for."
She added that she would probably undergo more cosmetic surgery, explaining: "With my first operation I went from a 32D to a 32FF. It was a big change.
"But they've gone down to a DD now. It's not about the size increase - I'm probably only going to go up to an E - it's about them looking lifted."
She continued: "I also want the implants under the muscle... I'm afraid to take my bra off. Because the implants are outside the muscle, there's nothing really supporting them except skin.
"It feels like they've sunk. They don't look good at all."
Hagan said: "That's what Amy Childs had done. I saw her at Now's party and she was looking amazing.
"I used to get them out all the time! I hardly ever pull lads anymore. It's made me a lot more shy. I haven't had sex for two months."
