"It's fantastic to be near the top of the beautiful women polls - I'm nearly 40," she told BANG Showbiz.
"I wonder if they're crazy sometimes when people compare my ass with Kim Kardashian's. She's ten years younger than me, she should be upset! I shouldn't be competing in these lists.
Sofia Vergara will turn 40 in June 2012.
She recently revealed that her publicist advised her to get breast reduction surgery earlier in her career.
