The all-star reality series - featuring former Bachelor and Bachelorette contestants competing for love and a $250,000 prize - kicked off on ABC this week.
"I could be a couple coming out of the show. We'll have to see how things go, but definitely on [the first] episode you could see there was some excitement when Kiptyn [Locke] and I saw each other in the house," she told Access Hollywood.
"At that point, I didn't know if it was mutual, so we'll have to see."
Elizabeth Kitt also remained tightlipped on how her relationship with Jesse Kovacs will develop on the programme, but hinted that viewers will be "shocked and surprised" by the outcome.
Bachelor Pad continues next Monday at 8pm on ABC.
