New Girl star Max Greenfield has gone on the hunt for love in a new web series for AXE.
The actor - who plays Schmidt in the Zooey Deschanel sitcom - writes, directs and stars in Finding Susan Glenn, a six-part series built around the male grooming company's latest marketing campaign.
The first episode sees Greenfield record a video diary documenting his failed attempt to call up his own 'Susan Glenn', a metaphorical figure representing everyone's unobtained love.
In the second clip Greenfield visits his friend - a "natural born ladies man" with game "like a sword dipped in lava" - for advice and discovers that even he has a 'Susan Glenn'.
The 'Susan Glenn' campaign, which urges AXE customers to not "let the girl of your dreams get away", was introduced in an advert starring Kiefer Sutherland last month.
Greenfield recently opened up about his close relationship with Gwyneth Paltrow, revealing that the pair "email all the time".
He will return to TV screens in New Girl's second season from September 25 on Fox.
