Lacey Turner: "I'm a rubbish flirt"

EastEnders star Lacey Turner has admitted that she is a "rubbish" flirt.

The actress, who plays Stacey Slater in the BBC soap, said she is useless at making the first move.

She is quoted as saying: "I'm a rubbish flirt. I've always been shy when it comes to lads.

"The thought of introducing myself to someone I fancy makes me feel sick - I'd never do it."

Turner recently complained that her fame has interfered with her love life, saying: "I think a lot find me intimidating - or think I'm ugly. So I never get chatted up.

"The ones you want to talk to don't come over - but you get the drunk ones who burp in your ear."
