EastEnders star Steve McFadden is having a baby with a neighbour, say tabloid reports.
According to The Sun, mother-of-three Dr Rachel Green has left her husband for the soap star.
McFadden, who plays Phil Mitchell in the BBC show, already has a son from his former lover Sue Marshall and two daughters with ex-girlfriend Angela Bostock.
The actor apparently met Green "on the school run" and the pair have been dating for a year. She is reportedly expecting their first child together in July. Locals allegedly now refer to Green as a "Phil Mitchell's missus".
"Steve had been single for a while but Rachel has been married for years," said a source. "The pregnancy has been a bombshell for her family.
"Rachel has three young children, which has made the situation difficult for both families. She has been living between Steve's house and her own for a few months now.
"They are trying to work out the best thing for their future with their kids."
A neighbour in East Finchley, North London commented: "They act like a married couple and certainly don't hide the fact they're an item.
"She smiles occasionally to people round here but he keeps himself to himself."
