'EastEnders' star pregnant with twins

EastEnders actress Jo Joyner has announced that she is expecting twins with her husband Neil Madden.

The 31-year-old, who plays salon owner Tanya Branning, is to be written out of the show towards the end of the year and storyliners are currently paving the way for her screen departure.

Last night, Joyner said she that and her husband Madden are "absolutely delighted" with the news that they are to become parents for the first time.

An EastEnders source told The Mirror: "Everyone is thrilled for Jo. Because it's twins, she's already got a bit of a bump so viewers can expect lots of big bags and cushions in her scenes over the coming months."
