Ricky Groves 'begs Waterman for reunion'

Former EastEnders star Ricky Groves has reportedly begged estranged wife Hannah Waterman to take him back.

According to The Sun, Groves made a tearful plea over the telephone at the weekend after Waterman called to complain about his decision to speak publicly about their split.

A source said: "Hannah rang to have it out over Ricky flogging his story. She wasn't best pleased. Ricky just ended up sobbing, telling her they could still rescue their marriage and patch up their differences.

"Hannah saw things differently though, telling him it was too late. She hasn't been in love with him for a long time and has moved on."

The pair, who played Walford's Garry Hobbs and Laura Beale, broke up on New Year's Day after three years of marriage. Groves later announced that he was "heartbroken" over the separation and accused Waterman of seeing another man.
