Ricky Groves 'not doing well' after split

The parents of former EastEnders star Ricky Groves have admitted that he is not coping well with his split from Hannah Waterman.

Groves and Waterman announced earlier this month that they had broken up after three years of marriage. It was later confirmed that the split had been Waterman's decision.

Speaking to The Mirror, Groves's father Robert has now said: "He's not doing very well."

Meanwhile, his mother Irene explained that the former soap star is "devastated".

On whether the couple could ever reunite, she replied: "Never say never. I just don't know. We support him all the way."

Groves recently announced that he had no plans to get involved in a new relationship in the near future.
