Jessie Wallace has reportedly threatened to report her estranged partner Vince Morse to the police if he continues attempting to make contact with her.

The EastEnders star had been due to marry Morse in a ceremony on Bank Holiday Monday. However, Wallace called off proceedings after discovering that he had sent explicit messages to ex-fiancée Karen Short.

"Vince has been calling and texting Jessie night and day since the split," a friend told The Sun. "Jessie has had enough and told him she will call the police and report him for harassment if he carries on. She wants nothing more to do with him.

"She is so angry she wanted all the wedding flowers just so she could watch them die. To her Vince is as dead as the flowers. Her family have now relayed a message to him not to attempt any type of contact."

Wallace had £3,500 worth of flowers delivered to her home yesterday, while both she and Morse asked for an order of £20,000 worth of alcohol to be sent to their respective addresses.

"Vince thinks she at least owes him five minutes to explain himself but she won't have it," a friend of the catering manager said. "To add insult to injury he paid for all the drink and flowers and she's trying to take the lot. She is showing her true colours by ruthlessly disposing of him."

The 39-year-old, who returned to the BBC soap as Kat Moon last October, is also said to have cancelled plans to take the couple's honeymoon trip to Greece with her daughter Tallulah.

Meanwhile, another alleged insider told The Mirror that Morse "deeply regrets" his actions and "desperately wants to patch things up".

"Jessie has spoken to him on the phone but she's got no plans to see him at the moment. Vince is distraught and is begging her to reconsider but she's staying firm for the time being as it's all so terribly raw," the source said.

"She was screaming and shouting up until the early hours of Tuesday. But after a night's sleep she was thinking rationally. She's nothing if not a strong woman."

On the possibility of a reunion, a second source added: "Stranger things have happened. But it would take a lot of time - not to mention grovelling."
