The Royal Mail is marking 50 years since the film series began.
Windsor joined Household Cavalry soldiers in London ahead of the stamps' public release on Tuesday.
"Carry On was part of growing up for so many of us," said the actress, who went on to star in nine of the films.
"It was a great honour then to be involved and I'm thrilled that Royal Mail has chosen to recognise these films in such a special way."
Stamps in the series will also commemorate the Hammer horror films, the first of which was also made in 1958.
Julietta Edgar, the Royal Mail's head of special stamps, said: "Carry On and Hammer Films had a huge impact on audiences around the world.
"The stamp issue celebrates and unifies the two very different film genres that spanned decades of UK cinema and remain popular."
