Longoria: 'Housewives set is healthy'

Eva Longoria Parker has said that the set of Desperate Housewives is a healthy work environment.

The actress's comments come days after former co-star Nicollette Sheridan filed a suit against show creator Marc Cherry for assault and battery she claims happened on the set.

"The only thing I can say is we don't have a hostile set, and Marc's really nice, and Nicollette's a nice girl too," Longoria Parker said on Ellen DeGeneres's talkshow on Monday, reports People.

The 35-year-old revealed that she and her Housewives castmates are "staying out" of the dispute between Sheridan and Cherry.

Speaking to Ryan Seacrest on his radio show on Wednesday, Longoria Parker said that the pair "did have a thing on set… a couple of years ago," but that she did not know any details.
