Eva Longoria, Teri Hatcher, Marcia Cross and Felicity Huffman have all been named as witnesses in the Los Angeles trial that began on Monday.
The cast have been called in as witnesses for the show's creator Marc Cherry, who is accused of firing the actress in 2009 amid accusations he hit her.
The 48-year-old alleges that Cherry struck her in the face over a disagreement in the script for her character Edie Britt and let the screen star go when she made a complaint.
Her character was killed off on the television programme, which airs on Channel 4 in the UK and ABC in the US, and Sheridan claims that she has lost out on $4 million (£2.5m) due to the axe.
Sheridan originally wanted $20m (£12.5m) in damages but was warned in a pre-trial that she could only claim for one year, cutting her possible settlement down by one fifth.
