The Celebrity Big Brother housemate allegedly enjoyed a romantic night out with Green in Birmingham last week and has since been for cocktails with her in London's West End.
Green currently stars in E4 reality series Made In Chelsea, which has shown footage of her dating fellow cast member Ollie Locke.
However, the couple have since split and the break-up scenes will be aired on the show in the coming weeks, according to The Mail On Sunday. "It was just too intense and I think we both knew it wasn't working," she said of the split.
A friend said: "Chloe and Lucien met on a night out at Sketch in London. They kept in touch and last week went to the launch of Adee [Phelan's] salon in Birmingham looking very much an item.
"At first Chloe was quite shy as everyone at the party was only interested in speaking to Lucien, but he kept putting his hand on her back and smiling broadly to reassure her.
"He made sure her glass of champagne was topped up and if someone came over to chat, he tried to involve Chloe in the conversation. They didn't leave each other's side and at the end of the night they checked in to the Malmaison."
Laviscount was linked to Kerry Katona during his time in the Celebrity Big Brother house, but she has since insisted that the pair are not in a relationship.
