The 22-year-old appears in the new issue of the magazine, which goes on sale today. Mackintosh admitted that featuring in the publication would be a blow to Taylor.
"I knew something good would come from throwing that drink in Hugo's face," she said. "This shoot is my revenge on him right here. Drink thrown: bam! Front cover of FHM: bam bam!"
Mackintosh said of being photographed: "It's weird, I felt totally comfortable doing this shoot. I was just walking around the house today without even putting a wrap or a dressing gown on.
"I can't really walk around my house totally nude because there are lots of windows, but I do like to cook naked."
Describing herself as "one of the more open cast members" in the E4 series, Mackintosh insisted that all of her scenes have been "completely real".
"I think it's obvious to the public if you're not. I'm just not like that - I'm a very open person, I'm very blunt and I'm not an actress," she said. "It's hard showing my real emotion, but I think people can relate to it."
"Sometimes I'll be in Tesco or the bank and someone will just come up to me and be, like, 'You go, girl!' I've had amazing support from strangers, because obviously a lot of girls have been cheated on and have been through heartbreak," she added.
The full shoot and interview appears in the new issue of FHM, out today.
