Millie Mackintosh, Francesca Hull, Rosie Fortescue, Mark-Francis Vandelli, Fredrik Ferrier, Oliver Proudlock and Jamie Laing from the E4 show took part in a special Sport Relief Mile relay race at Battersea Park in London.
Mackintosh, Laing, Vandelli and Ferrier beat their fellow cast members, and Mackintosh said in a statement: "We had so much fun today for a great cause - the money raised through Sport Relief will help to transform lives both here in the UK and throughout the world's poorest countries.
"It was great to be involved and I really hope others will be encouraged to join in the fun and sign up to the Sainsbury's Sport Relief Mile."
Laing added: "Although we're not athletes I hope we showed that anyone can get involved in the Sainsbury's Sport Relief Mile, and it's the taking part that counts! We had a real laugh today, and it's great to do our bit for Sport Relief."
The Made in Chelsea cast are the latest celebrities to show their support for the charity ahead of the Sport Relief Weekend later this month.
John Bishop recently completed a 290-mile "week of hell" triathlon, raising over £1 million in the process.
A number of famous faces have also signed up to take part in Let's Dance for Sport Relief, which is currently airing on Saturday evenings on BBC One.
