Former Corrie stars end romance

Ex-Coronation Street duo Nikki Sanderson and Danny Young have split up.

According to The Mirror, the pair ended their four-year relationship after "they drifted apart through work commitments".

"[Danny] and Nikki were spending less and less time together and they've decided to call it quits," said a source.

"No-one else is involved, but their relationship is beyond repair. They are both pretty devastated."

Sanderson, 24, who played hairdresser Candice Stowe, left the soap in 2005. Danny, 22, played her on-screen lover Warren Baldwin.
