Kym Marsh plans Corrie birthday bash

Kym Marsh is planning to celebrate her 32nd birthday with her Coronation Street co-stars next month.

The actress, who plays Michelle Connor on the ITV1 soap, is throwing a 1970s-themed party for the cast and crew on Friday 13th June.

A source told the Sunday Mirror: "Kym doesn't care it's Friday the 13th. She believes she's had enough bad luck with the break-up from husband Jack Ryder and things are going to get better."

Marsh was romantically linked to ex-footballer Lee Sharpe earlier this month, though a spokesman for the actress has insisted that she is currently single.
