'Grey's' star unhurt in three-car crash

Grey's Anatomy star T.R. Knight has escaped uninjured after being involved in a three-car crash in Los Angeles.

According to an LAPD spokesperson, the actor was travelling east on the Hollywood Boulevard when he was involved in a collision with another vehicle at around 2.30pm yesterday afternoon. A third car was also caught up in the accident.

The actor, who plays Dr. George O'Malley in the ABC drama, was able to exit his vehicle unhurt but one woman is reported to have needed medical treatment for minor injuries.

Speaking to People, Sgt. O. C. Smith confirmed that "no-one suffered major injuries" and that one female driver was in a stable condition after being treated at hospital.

The incident is being treated as an accident and no citations were issued at the scene.
