Miller: 'I can't kill gay rumour'

Wentworth Miller has slammed reports claiming that he is gay and has insisted that he simply has not found the right girl yet.

The Prison Break actor has been romantically linked with Brothers & Sisters star Luke MacFarlane on several occasions and claimed that he can not "kill the rumour".

Although he denied the speculation to media in Australia last year, reports still suggest that he is gay because he keeps a low profile and rarely talks about his private life.

Miller has now hit back at the claims and explained that he has been concentrating on his career while he waits to meet a girl he likes.

He said: "I’m not gay, but that rumour can’t be killed. I’d like to have a girlfriend and a family. But I haven’t met the right one yet.

”Until then I’m focusing on my job. I had to wait so long for this chance. I savour every second on set even if it means 14 hours of shooting a day."
