'Glee' Kristin Chenoweth injures back in stairway tumble

Kristin Chenoweth has revealed that she injured her back on Wednesday by falling down a flight of stairs.

The popular Glee guest star tweeted that she'd suffered only minor injuries in the tumble, but was feeling some aches and pains.

Chenoweth wrote on Thursday: "Fell down concrete stairs yesterday. Black and blue and sore. Nothing broken. Muscles are seized but I'm ok! (sic)"

The actress later admitted that she felt "out of it" and insisted that she would spend the rest of Thursday evening resting.

Chenoweth recently said she understands why Glee will be cutting back on guest stars in its third season.

She will next star as Carlene Cockburn in the upcoming ABC series Good Christian Belles, which will premiere in midseason.
