According to In Touch Weekly, the pair fell in love while competing on the ninth season of the weight-loss show, which is currently airing on NBC.
"I never expected to find love while working on me, but Sam is like no-one I've ever met. He brings out the best in me," said Anderson.
The duo reportedly shared their first kiss in the third week, with the other contestants jokingly renaming part of the Presidential Mile 'Cupcake Bridge' in their honour.
Poueu and Anderson are not the first pair to find love on the ranch. Last season saw Alexandra White and Antoine Dove getting engaged on the season finale after meeting during the show, while fellow contestants Rebecca Meyer and Daniel Wright are also dating.
The Biggest Loser continues this Tuesday on NBC.
