Sweeney: 'Bob, Jillian workout brutal'

The Biggest Loser host Alison Sweeney has joked that working out with the show's trainers can be "brutal".

The Days Of Our Lives actress - who will host tonight's live finale of the NBC competition - was asked by Digital Spy if she had ever attempted one of Jillian Michaels's and Bob Harper's infamous Last Chance Workouts.

"Yes! I have worked out with Bob and Jillian and I can tell you that it's brutal! It is extremely challenging," she replied.

"I'm a very competitive person and I want to do what Jillian says and make it through, and she is always telling me, 'You don't understand. I will keep pushing you until you break. That's my job. Your job is to fight back'. I'm like, 'OK, I can do it. You said ten more, I can do ten more!' And then she says, 'Then it will be ten more after that Ali'."

Sweeney added: "She's amazing, both her and Bob are amazing."

Tonight's finale of the competition will see Ashley, Michael and either Koli or Daris battling it out to win the cash prize and the title of 'The Biggest Loser', while this season's at-home winner will also be crowned.

The Biggest Loser airs at 8/7c on NBC.
