'Housewives' star denies being evicted

Real Housewives Of Atlanta star Lisa Wu Hartwell has denied reports that she has been evicted from her home.

According to TMZ, the reality star and husband Ed were told to leave their Atlanta residence after defaulting on a bank loan. They have since moved to another property they own nearby.

Speaking to the People, she said: "We chose to move, we were not evicted. It was a decision that we made and not one that was made for us. But, we were not put out."

She went on to admit that an attempt to restructure the bank loan "didn't work out" but insisted that they had sold their home voluntarily and that it was "not a foreclosure".

Wu added that the full story behind the move would be documented in an upcoming episode of the Bravo programme.
