According to OK!, the reality star tied the knot with Jason Hoppy at a ceremony at the Four Seasons Hotel yesterday.
"I am in love and marrying a wonderful man, this is the happiest day of my life," she is quoted as saying.
Around 80 friends and family are reported to have attended the nuptials, including co-stars Alex McCord and Ramona Singer.
Frankel previously revealed that her wedding would be "beautiful" and "classic", saying: "It's not all over-the-top... It's just really beautiful, great food, great dancing, pretty flowers, and love."
Frankel and Hoppy are expecting their first child together later this year.
