The Real Housewives of New York City star and fiancée Jason Hoppy wed at the Four Seasons in New York City on Sunday, according to People. Frankel posted her feelings from the night on Twitter the following morning.
"I'm a real housewife!", she wrote. "On way to honeymoon. best night of my life. your messages were so beautiful & sentimental. have a great week tweeps! (sic)"
Wedding guests included fellow cast mates Alex McCord and Ramona Singer and Today show co-host Hoda Kotb.
The 39-year-old is seven months pregnant with the couple's first child. The pair have been dating since late 2008.
Frankel and Hoppy will star in the Bravo network's upcoming spin-off series Bethenny's Getting Married.
