On Thursday, the Real Housewives of Orange County star failed to appear in court for a hearing in lawsuit with a man who claims to be her ex-lover.
Immediately after the judge issued the warrant, he reversed the order and said that he would hold it for one week to give the reality star an opportunity to report to the court.
In January, Jay Photoglou sued Rossi for libel and slander, claiming that she lied about the nature of their relationship on TV and in various media interviews. Rossi was alleged to have been untruthful as she was engaged to Jeff Beitzel, who later died of leukemia.
The 32-year-old attempted to file a restraining order against Photoglou saying that he harrassed and threatened her, her boyfriend Slade Smiley and her dog. The injunction was later rejected and she was ordered to pay $20,000 (£12,000) in legal fees.
Rossi has yet to make a comment about the judge's order.
