The reality star and husband Jason Hoppy welcomed daughter Bryn Hoppy at a New York hospital on Saturday, and Frankel later took to her Twitter account to thank fans for their messages of congratulations following the birth.
"Thanks so much everyone. Your messages were so thoughtful and sweet. I read every one. I love you guys!" she wrote.
"I can't express how happy I am and how beautiful, supportive and thoughtful you all are. Bryn is a tiny, beautiful peanut. New chapter begins, thank you."
She later wished her followers Happy Mother's Day, and said that she is hoping to bring her baby home soon.
Frankel and Hoppy married last month.
