The reality star and husband Jason Hoppy welcomed daughter Bryn Hoppy at a Manhattan hospital on May 8.
Writing on her Twitter account, she said: "Introducing our sweet little chickpea Bryn - newborn photos of her in this week's People."
The text was accompanied by an image of the magazine's front cover which depicts Frankel holding her daughter.
Frankel previously tweeted that the newborn was "tiny and beautiful" and thanked fans for their messages of congratulations.
