The reality star and husband Jason Hoppy welcomed Bryn - their first child together - on May 8.
Speaking to Us Weekly, the 39-year-old said that she had gained 39lbs during her pregnancy but has already lost 25lbs. She also posed in her bathing suit for the magazine.
Frankel added that she followed a vegetarian diet during the pregnancy and kept in shape through yoga and walking three times a week.
She previously explained the origins of her daughter’s name, saying that she and Hoppy chose to name her after her husband’s brother Bryan, who passed away several years ago and went by the nickname ‘Bryn’.
