The reality star and aspiring singer was asked about her relationship with her castmates in a recent interview with Wonderwall.
"I don't think I want to be around that negativity. It makes good TV and I'll keep doing the show with them because it's like watching paint dry without me, and what would they talk about?" she replied.
"But I think I have a lot of supporters and it's on me to be strong enough to stand there and go, 'You know what? You didn't beat me down. You're not taking me down.'"
She continued: "And my family might be small, but we love each other with a huge power and a huge strength that no one can really tear apart."
Staub recently debuted new single 'Real Close' on Bravo's Watch What Happened Live and has hinted that she would like to star in her own reality show.
The Real Housewives Of New Jersey airs on Bravo.
