The reality star - who has her own spinoff show Bethenny Getting Married? - married Jason Hoppy in March and the pair welcomed their first child together in May.
Speaking on Fox & Friends, she said: "Everything has changed but what has changed in me is that I've softened a little bit, calmed down a little bit and I feel more at peace.
"Everything seems a little more finished. I am complete."
The 39-year-old went on to say that she likes sharing her life on camera, and insisted that she and Hoppy often don't notice the cameras following them.
"It's not Big Brother, they are not with us 24 hours a day," she explained. "It's a rose. It has petals and it has thorns and certainly the petals far outweigh the thorns."
Frankel recently described Hoppy as her "anchor", and has said that her entire life now revolves around baby Bryn.
