The new mother - who appeared semi-naked in a PETA anti-fur campaign last year - was asked by Extra if she would ever consider stripping for Playboy.
"I can't say never say never about anything, but I get nude so much for Bravo," she joked.
"Everybody has seen my boobs - breastfeeding and doing everything - that I really don't think I would ever pose nude for Playboy."
She also hinted that viewers can expect the finale of her solo reality show Bethenny Getting Married? to focus on "me getting back into my life, raising a baby and balancing everything".
Frankel - who gave birth to daughter Bryn in May - recently said that husband Jason Hoppy is eager to extend their family but that the couple are not planning on trying for more children at the moment.
The finale of Bethenny Getting Married? airs tonight at 10/9c on Bravo.
