The three women appeared together on Real Housewives of New Jersey during the first two seasons of the show.
Radar Online reports that Manzo and Laurita have joined a witness list for the upcoming defamation trial brought against Staub by her ex-husband Kevin Maher.
Earlier this week, it was announced that the case will go to trial following Staub and Maher's inability to reach a settlement.
Maher filed a defamation lawsuit against Staub after she made allegations that she was raped and abused by him during their brief marriage.
Manzo will reportedly appear to testify about Staub's character, after describing her as 'dishonest' and 'a pathological lair'.
Staub was renowned for being at the centre of many of the disputes during the first two seasons of Real Housewives of New Jersey.
