Bethenny Frankel: 'Hoppy is great dad'

Bethenny Frankel has reportedly praised husband Jason Hoppy for his help with their baby daughter Bryn.

The former Real Housewives Of New York City star - who married Hoppy earlier this year - gave birth to the couple's first child together in May.

"Jason does everything. He changes diapers, he watches her. We both do everything. I was told before I got into a relationship that if you want to have a child, you need a good partner," she told OK.

"You could do it alone - I was prepared to do it alone - but it does help. There’s a lot to do, and you want someone who cares as much as you do about your child, so that’s the deal."

The 39-year-old - who previously said Hoppy had "exceeded expectations" as a husband and father - also revealed that she still hasn't decided whether she wants to expand their family in the future.

"Jason wants to have another baby, and I'm not sure, so the breast pump and the newborn clothes are in purgatory for who knows what will happen next," she said. "I'm almost 40, and it's a decision that we're talking about. It's a conversation that needs to be had. I have a 5-month-old baby, so I haven't made that decision yet."

It was recently reported that Frankel's spinoff series Bethenny Getting Married?, which airs on Bravo, had been renewed for a second season.
