Rossi has been embroiled in a protracted lawsuit with ex-boyfriend Jay Photoglou over allegations that he defamed her in the press.
An Orange County Superior Court Judge dismissed several claims in her suit and has now ordered Rossi to cover her former partner's legal bills, according to court documents obtained by TMZ.
Photoglou's lawyer Bryan Freedman told the website that Rossi must pay the fees by next week or risk defying a court order.
The former couple have been engaged in a series of disputes over the last year, with a warrant even being issued for Rossi in April 2010 after she failed to appear at a court hearing related to the matter.
The Real Housewives of Orange County returns with new episode 'Riches to Rags' on Sunday on Bravo.
