The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member was found dead after committing suicide last Monday. On Friday, his attorney Ronald Richards revealed that Russell will be laid to rest with two separate funeral services due to a dispute between Russell's estranged wife Taylor and the late star's own family.
"His sister specifically said Taylor can go to hell," Richards told The Wrap. "They're past the mad point."
Taylor originally organised for Russell's funeral to be held in Los Angeles. However, his family wishes for Russell to be interned in Texas and do not plan to attend the LA service.
"The remains will be given by myself or to his nephew or mother to be flown back to Texas," Richards said. "If his mother or nephew attend the LA service, they will take them back. If they don't, I have agreed to return them to Texas."
Bravo, the network behind Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, recently unveiled plans to re-edit the second season of the reality series in the wake of Russell's death.
Real Housewives of Beverly Hills premieres September 5 on Bravo.
