"Ignore N haters, the silverlining is I think I found a name 4 tumor in my booby thats coming out dec12," she wrote.

In an apparent reference to the website Radar Online, whom she had earlier criticised for their reporting about her, she explained that her chosen moniker "starts with an R &ends with an online".

Glanville continued: "Its not the big C'please dont worry, its just some n'lame thats been making me ill."

The reality star recently vowed to end her Twitter feud with LeAnn Rimes, who is married to Glanville's ex-husband Eddie Cibrian.

However, she took to the social networking site yesterday to complain that her children were on television without her consent, saying: "My kids can be on a E news special apparently but not in the back ground of the show I am on? Amazing!"

Rimes recently admitted that she wishes she could have handled the beginning of her relationship to Cibrian, and the end of her marriage, "differently".
