The 23-year-old claims that she hated her body and struggled with an eating disorder when she was first cast on the MTV reality show in 2007.
"I was horrified," she told Us magazine. "I remember saying, 'I can't believe how huge I look walking over to Lauren [Conrad]'." The scene apparently prompted her to begin "binging and purging" her food.
She added: "The producers never put pressure on us to lose weight, [but] it's embarrassing working with skinny girls."
Pratt is the younger sister of US I'm A Celebrity... contestant Spencer.
