The 24-year-old had been dating Australian BMX racer Corey Bohan for the past two months.
Speaking to OK, she said: "Corey and I are not together anymore and we actually broke up a few weeks ago.
"I couldn't give him 110% like he wanted and it wasn't fair so I decided to break it off."
Patridge and Bohan previously dated in 2008 and he appeared in four episodes of The Hills.
