Spencer Pratt: 'I'll shave for Heidi'

Spencer Pratt has said that he will shave his beard in order to reconcile with estranged wife Heidi Montag.

The Hills star admitted to TMZ that he did not take proper care of himself after splitting from Montag earlier this year, but now wants to clean up his image because the couple are "spending more time together".

"I'm really sorry to see it [his beard] go," he said. "For months it was my only friend, and a perfect place to save leftovers."

Pratt also joked that he plans to donate the hair to a "worthy cause, like Donald Trump's head".

Montag and Pratt sparked rumours of a reconciliation last week when they were photographed together in Los Angeles.
