Rancic told Us magazine that she believed that Cavallari and the Chicago Bears quarterback would be a solid match.
"You know who I set up? Kristin Cavallari and Jay Cutler," she said.
The E! News presenter added: "I knew them both for a while and introduced them and they went on a date. Now they're dating."
After her success as a matchmaker for Cavallari with Cutler, Rancic said that she now hopes to find Jennifer Aniston a partner.
"I'm not sure that I can make it happen but I'd love to set up Jen Aniston with anyone," she remarked. "Like seriously, anyone. I want to see her get a happy ending."
Giuliana wed Apprentice winner Bill Rancic in a Capri, Italy ceremony in 2007.
