According to MTV News, the 23-year-old told Ryan Seacrest's KIIS-FM show that he had been "hanging out" with The City star Port.
When asked by Seacrest if he was single, he replied: "How did I know you were going to ask me this, yeah, I've kind of been hanging out with Whitney when I am in New York."
Port recently debuted her new collection at Mercedes Benz Fashion Week in New York.
