'Survivor' winner becomes a father

The 35-year-old, who won the show's controversial race-themed season back in 2006, presented People with a picture of his newborn daughter Genevie, his first child with wife Sophie.
"We've already signed her up for golfing lessons to become the next Michelle Wie," Kwon joked. "Of course, we plan to encourage her to follow her own path so long as it doesn't involve dating older men or going on reality shows."
Last year, Kwon was appointed deputy chief of the FCC's Consumer and Government Affairs Bureau.
